"We were supplied with a costume sized smaller than advertised. When we tried to fit it, a seam ripped like butter. They then refused to refund us. So we are stuck with a small costume with a tear."

"My costume arrived within 2 days of ordering, extremely quick delivery. The top half of the costume material is very clingy, I would recommend ordering a size up. The only two negatives about this costume is that in certain lights it looks lilac/tinted purple and the veil does not come with a headband as described in the costume description so you’ll have to buy one and glue the veil to it. The costume serves its purpose and can’t wait to wear it at my end of financial year party."

Site states easy returns but they do everything they can do not return.
I ordered a dress that quite simply didn’t fit. I followed the directions online and filled out the returns form and was told I’d get a return address via email but I never received it.

I then emailed customer “service” and received a rude email in return joking about an auto correct error. They were rude, unhelpful and accused me of lying.
I then took it to PayPal for a refund and got this address to return to;

Unfortunately this was told as at my own cost, and I’m not paying twice for delivery of an item as after reading the many other bad reviews this sorry excuse for a company would make out that the item was damaged or something as they I’ve done to other people. If they had just been normal in the first place and followed the law I would have returned given the chance but now I know what they do.

Absolutely disgusting and I have already spoken with the ombudsman.
Do yourself a favour and don’t bother with this horrible excuse for a coming.
As soon as something goes wrong like the item is lost on route to you, doesn’t fit or is damaged when arrived they will ignore you. "

"I think all there costumes are beautiful in a classy way. My friends and i are going to oktoberfest and ordered three outfits from this site only down side is the sizing usually a medium is 10/12 on this site its 8/10 so need to pay attention when purchasing :) "

"Did not receive my accessories which were meant to be included in my costume , after contacting customer service I was told it was definitely there, as if I would be bothered going through all this if I received them, Because I need 2 head pieces and 2 belts. All I wanted was what I paid for NOT 2 belts or 2 head pieces. After not hearing anything back after about 6 emails and phone calls I eventually told them I wanted a refund they agreed and said if it complied with there return clauses after reading those and other reviews from customers who have had similar problems, I realized I would not get my money back and am left to drive around looking for accessories to a poorly made expensive costume. "Well! There is nothing that will further the plight of feminists everywhere more than a hot pink hello kitty dress. If you thought that this was not the right attire for young ladies across the lands to adorn as they march forward in their quests for 'best costume' at a one year olds birthday, and if there is time, equal pay, then I certainly assure you, you would be mistaken! When my daughter wore this dress, she became a super hero. She seemed to have unlimited energy and strength for nearly a one hour period immediately following the cutting of the cake. Whilst that all came crashing down in a hefty heap shortly after midday, for that 46 minute period, she was on top of the world. The shirt front was also effective for soaking up tears when she failed to win pass the parcel. It stayed roughly intact after several tantrums, being thrown roughly into the car and then later, an afternoon of beng stomped on whilst lieing limply on the laundry floor by a one year old covered in cookie crumbs. Overall, the dress created joy for the short period it was worn, and, like the women's movement, it's progress has somewhat tapered of in more recent times. "
