"BEWARE!!!
I placed an order on 3/18/14. Charge did not go through, supposedly because the billing address and the shipping address were different. I called back on 3/19 and tried again. This time the charge went through. At no time was I able to check the status of the order online. I emailed their sales department on 4/3/14 and received a reply that stated that the company is going through a change of ownership and did not know when they would be shipping orders. I gave it a few more days, and emailed them on 4/9, again on 4/11 and 4/21/14 requesting cancellation of the order and credit to my card, and have not received any response. Phone call at 5 p.m. EDT on 4/21 resulted in a message that the store was closed even though their hours are supposedly till 6 p.m. Eastern.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

"Beware!. I have done business with Cost Central / Erie Computers for over 10 years with hardly any service issues. The last order was placed on 3/19 and confirmed by email. Started checking Friday 3/21 for shipping confirmation. This week I have spoken on the phone with them on 3/25 and today 3/26. I fell that something is currently going on with this company. Have been waiting a week for in stock items to ship. Customer Service is out right telling lies. Blaming "warehouse" for shipping delays. When pressed for answers you can tell they are hiding something. They resell for Tech Data and Ingram Micro and that is their "Warehouse". Unacceptable! This failure to provide items ordered has cost me time and money. Will be looking for another dealer if this is not resolved today."

"Ordered toner cartridges on 3-13-14. On 3-24-14 I called to see if I could get a status update on the order. I was told that he would follow up with the warehouse and call me back. I received no phone call. I called back again on 3-25-14 I was told by an additional person that they would communicate with the warehouse and call me with an update. I am now twelve days out from the date of purchase and still have no idea when my product is going to be shipped. I should have read the past rating prior to ordering from Cost Central. "

"Ordered a webcam, and followed-up the next day to see if it shipped. They said I would be notified by email when it shipped. Every few days I had the same conversation, and they kept saying "You'll receive an email". It NEVER shipped! Even though I was checking in with them! I gave them ample opportunity to do their job. After 10 days I cancelled my order. Good price, responsive customer service, BUT BAD WAREHOUSING - BEWARE! I was very unhappy that even when they knew my order hadn't shipped they couldn't do anything. Something here is greatly amiss. Will never buy anything again."

"This store is HORRIBLE. I ordered a product 2 weeks before Christmas as a gift for someone - it never arrived and I received no notifications of any delays or problems. I called and they told me they failed to process the order in their warehouse. All they could do is refund or back order the item. They made no attempt to compensate for their mistake."

"Terrible costumer service and Processing/Shipping time. They lie about the processing and shipping time. They hide the information until I made my purchase but the package was not even shipped after 5 days and they were giving me excuses of weekend/holidays while according to their website the package should have been shipped in 1-3 business days.

According to Fedex the shipping time for my address was 2 business days but it actually came in 5 business days.

The worst thing is that not only they lied about processing and shipping times they were also not responsive and responsible to the emails I sent them and the calls I had made.

"My purchase experience was better than expected. I stumbled across your website doing a web search. I have to be honest and say that my first impression of looking at your website was skeptical at best. It just doesn't look professional. I think the color scheme is less than desired for me anyway. I found the product I was looking for cheaper than antonline.com. As a matter of fact, I purchased it from antonline before I found your website. I cancelled the antonline purchase and bought from you because it was cheaper and was able to get 2 day shipping at a reasonable cost. I was disappointed with the female on the phone. She had no personality. Like I was bothering her. As if she was having a bad day. You can't do this when talking with cusotmers. Would like to see you guys invest on your website appearance. Needs to look more appealing. Almost didn't buy. Looked like a low-end Mom and Pop web store/Craigs list setup."
