The quality of the costumes were really good. However, one downside was that the sizing/measurements were a little confusing and did not match the standard US sizing, so be careful when ordering size (make sure you measure yourself first!)

"Ordered Naruto Uchiha Sasuke and Vocaloid Kagamine Rin (+ wig) costumes for my kids. Order took 17 calendar days (slightly beyond the max 15 days for expedited shipping disclosed on website).
No issues with the K. Rin costume—fit & quality were highly satisfactory.
Sasuke costume though was not as seen in picture on website (i.e. no logo on back and no design on sleeves). However, follow-up of customer service (c/o Maria) was exceptional. A replacement costume was in-hand in less than a week. Some other inconsistencies though: first set came in 2 pieces (shirt & shorts separately) while second set was one-piece (shirt & shorts sewn as one as per website). These issues could have been avoided if there was a proper quality control check before the first set was shipped out."
"Hey! So I bought an Ezio white costume (normal edition) and apart from a few issues with the hood (that I could mostly fix with ease) the suit in it's entirety looks awesome and fits me perfectly! All the parts came and none was damaged. Also the customer service was irreproachable. They always answered my mail in no more than a few hours at most.
So yeah, as you might have guessed I recommend this shop.

"bought 2 costumes here but I never received them. It was last year november, and until today I am getting nothing! I demanded a tracking number but they are unable to give me any, so I assume they had never sent my order at all! They took my money for months, and I don't think this website is reliable. I was being skeptical before i placed my order, and now proved that I was right. I will dispute the payment and get my money back. beware and stay away"
