"My wife and I are retired; we do not need many of the "features" forced on us when dealing with the major wireless carriers. Between the two of us, we average less than 200 minutes per month use of our cell phones. We do use our cell phones in a summer home where we have no land-line phone; this home is located where wireless connectivity is marginal.

We were attracted to Jitterbug solely based on print advertising we have seen. We liked the fact that the display is rated by many reviewers the best available on the market related to font size and readability. We also liked the fact that it is designed to provide phone service without the requirement to carry several other features like camera,txt msging,gps and voice mail (voice mail is available, if wanted). We are attracted by the fact that the phone is much simpler to use and that person-to-person customer service help is available simply by pressing the "0" key.

We were able to get little help with some of our questions and concerns about Jitterbug using the Jitterbug website and after visiting a local Jitterbug reseller. We called Cordless Workz and the person we talked with listened to our questions and concerns without trying to interject "the company line" and he was of tremendous help to us. He suggested how we could test Jitterbut service by purchasing a phone and contacting Jitterbug from troublesome areas before being required to activate the phone and purchase a plan.

While, we have only limited experience with the phone at this time, it does seem to work well in our "marginal network coverage" area, better than our previous ATT and Verizon Wireless cell phones.

It was refreshing to get the pleasant, useful customer service we received from Cordless Workz. We highly recommend them to anyone with questions about any cordless phone or service provider. As an added benefit, they offered us Jitterbug phones at the best price we found."

"After hooking up the Telemergency 700 pro I was disappointed in its opperation, I am replacing a similar device and the Telemergency 700 does not have the transmitter range that my prior unit had. My mother now in her bedroom can not trigger the device for help. I am still looking for a better unit that will give more service area."

"I am sorry to say I have not been pleased with my Clarity C4230 phone. The first one started having problems 3 mo. after I bought it and finally ceased to work for no apparent reason. I was advised to return it to Clarity for a new one. The second one lasted 1 mo. before the same things started to happen, which led me to wonder if it was the same phone repackaged, even though I was told it would be new. I was instructed by one Clarity tech to unplug it and essentially reboot the phone. I had to do that a few more times. Then I lost all sound in the handset and was told by another tech to take out the battery and clean the contacts, which did work. It was annoying however to have to clean the battery several times per week and even more than once in a day at times...losing calls. Then the second phone died. I was told that I could not return it to Clarity for a refund; could only get yet another replacement from them, and would have to return it to CordlessWorkz. In other words...if CordlessWorkz wouldn't take it back I was out of luck.
Well, they did without any problem. FABULOUS service from CordlessWorkz (thanks Jeff!) I'm out the postage I paid for returning 2 phones, but that's the way it goes. What was supposed to be a helpful product for my hearing loss turned out to be utter frustration. It is also hard for other members of the family to use who have normal hearing..way too loud for them ( they hated Mom's phone). In the end I was treated wonderfully by CordlessWorkz in a very timely manner, and that service I was very happy with!

"I ordered a Uniden DECT 6.0 phone & extension set from Cordless Workz because they advertised that they had the item in stock and seemed to be the only outlet for the product. Two days after I placed the order I got an email saying that the item was out of stock. The order finally shipped 8 days after it was placed. Perhaps there should be tighter integration of their web order page and their inventory so that customers would not have to be surprised to find an item out of stock.

I appreciate that their prices are good and that I was notified (somewhat belatedly) about the out-of-stock condition, but I would have preferred to know that at the time that I placed my order.
