"PRETTY BAD COMPANY !!! dont ever bother checking their website!!! They say ship + tracking number 1-2 business days.. We are June 6th 2007 i made my order on April 10th !!!! still no parts and still no tracking number sended over 100 emails (have them all in proof) Not even 1 answer!!!!

Said item would ship next business day. well after no tracking info was sent, I called and emailed to inquire as to my order status and nothing. Can't get any responses at all. Don't buy from this place no matter what."
"very bad communication and customer service. took 2 weeks to get them to send the package after sending about 20 emails to all their adresses threatening to get paypal to get my money back. i was nervous i had lost my money. thank god they shipped my stuff. please do not buy from them. it will put you under great stress, they may not end up shipping it at all."
"Very poor customer service or NO customer service at all. I emailed the store because the item that I was tracking remained on hold for several days. It turned out that the item was backordered even though it was said to be in stock at purchase. The info on this was found after a week of repeated emails requesting the status. After trying to cancel the item, the store remained unresponsive to emails. I requested a verification on the cancellation of my order but the item still shipped out a week later. I never did hear from the store about cancellation."
