"From Day 1, I contacted the seller to report issues with my new pc. I kept getting the run around. I wanted to return it and was told, they needed my ebay account, which was there the whole time. When the computer set on fire, they offered me new wires! When the computer kept spontaneously turning off, it was a software issue that they were not responsible for. Bottom line, I am out just under $900. I took it to a technician and the entire thing is fried. Here is the technicians report so you can see I'm not exaggerating. Note how they used expired parts:
The CPU Extension cable had melted until the point where the cable was broken and no longer connecting. This caused the shorting out of the system and the constant restarts. All of the computer crashes eventually damaged windows enough to the point where it not longer functions and will need to be reinstalled. We tried to connect the CPU power cable without the extension cable but the PSU cable was not long enough, it looks like it was pulled from a different system with a short cable run. Once we were able to test with a different power supply the video card would stop functioning and this is most likely due to the shorting out of the system which seems to have permanently damaged the video card. The hard drive was an 9 years old and hard drives generally have a shelf life of 3-5 years. The CPU in the computer was an i7 but was a second generation which is many years old.

"Overall, I think it is a good and reputable outfit. bought bushnell rangefinder new, unfortunately it was defective. Initially, had a little difficulty getting a hold of the customer service agent, but when I did, it appeared I actually spoke with the proprietor of the business. He was over apologetic for the the delay in getting back to me, but more so because the product was defective (which of course wasn't his fault) to make a long story short I sent it back to the address he gave me, (bad part of the transaction is it was at my expense and I would have expected cool e-buys to cover this. No such offer was forthcoming. This added cost made the unit not as good a deal as first intended which was the impetus to ordering from cool e-buys in the first place) and when receipt was confirmed he sent out a new one that works fine. So the delay and added cost to send back are the downside, but the service and communication is what what I would expect from a reputable dealer. I would buy from again."
