"Overall good experience with purchases.
Needed to find out the status on a case that I ordered (rest of order was shipped) and found that communications with them by telephone is hit and miss (all miss in my case - reach an answering machine when calling the number on the invoice). The item showed "ships seperately" handwritten adjacent to it on the invoice but no notice of any delay.

"I ordered an AquaXtreme XG barebones watercooled PC system thru CoolTechnica's website. I placed my order and the next day I received an email from Cooltechnica asking if I was aware that they were offering a free upgrade (normally $25) to the product I was purchasing. I didn't ask for the upgrade when I placed my order because I wasn't aware it was being offered for free. I think that it was very thoughtful of Bruce at Cooltechnica to take time to email me asking if I was aware of the offer even though I had put on my order that I didn't want it. " I just recived my case and water cooling supplies and I do have to say that I am very pleased with the quality of the product, and I am also very pleased with the high quality and helpful cutormer service I have recived.
The only thing negitive is it took 3 weeks for shipping and they charge an extra $20 for shipping to an APO/FPO, but after reciving my stuff the positive by far out ways the negitive.
