"After deciding I wanted an MP3 player I began comparing units. I found the the brand-new-in-the-USA M-Cody MX-100 at CoolMP3Store.com. My online order arrived within 72 hours. I excitedly installed the software and it offered me an online firmware update so I did. Oops! It changed some of the text to Korean and changed the radio tuning frequencies. I e-mailed Steve at MP3Store and he answered within minutes saying he'd contact the manufacturer. Meanwhile I had found the original firmware on the Install CD, reflashed it, and everything was fine. Within a few hours I was the sent a firmware attachment from the manufacturer in Korea. These folks go the exta mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They provide timely and cordial correspondence, sell the latest greatest players you can find, and ship FAST. Fair prices too. As far as I'm concerned they are the ONLY place to buy an MP3 player.

"I was looking for nice MP3 player for the Gym. After readin a few reviews I looked around for a Diva Gem. No one had them but this store. They had no reviews with RR. I decided to take chance and have been pleasantly surprised thus far. Package was retail, arrived packaged nicely, item works as expected. My only issue with them thus far is the term shipiing UPS/USPS and say ing shipping is priority and charging $8.95 for it. The package I recieved was under pound and shipping it usisng click and ship on the USPS website would only cost $3.95. They chose to ship UPS and I know that is more expensive, takes longer and UPS sucks at handling anything IMO. Advertising USPS/UPS Priority shipping is misleading, they are 2 different parcel carriers and offer different services. All in all though that is my only gripe. T tried to order another one after using the MP3 Player for awhile and discovering that it was what I was looking for. I could not find the order button anymore, it was just gone on that item. I emailed them, and the owner emailed me back immediately (there is no phone number on the website?) and he said the item was out of stock and they would have more in next week and even a larger capacity one in too. We had several back and forth emails and I was quite pleased with this level of customer service. I am going to order another one of these units from them again when they get in stock. So far so good with this vendor. "
