"Where do I begin. Labor Day discount I entered not applied. Had to send multiple emails.Automated email I received upon placing order stated I would receive a confirmation within 3-5 days. It has been 15 days--still no confirmation. They do not answer the phone so forget that. Sent multiple more emails requesting an update--did received a reply that I would receive a confirmation no later than yesterday. Guess what--nothing. Would not reorder. Have no idea if or when I will ever receive the product. Have missed opportunity to purchase under a Labor Day discount from another source."

"I placed an order on Friday evening for an outdoor lamp. The following Thursday the lamp arrived. There was a defective switch. I contacted the company and received a prompt response with request for several pictures of the damage. In less than 12 hours after they received the information, I was told a replacement would be sent at no charge to me. Within a week I received the new item. I am very pleased with their customer service."

"Main chair unit including (esp.) headrest arrived w/ one bar that attached chair back to the headrest. Impossible to correct, re-connect in any without removing headrest cushion and I refuse to tamper with it, as to cause any further damage. Photo documentation has been submitted... and still awaiting (from you) a solution, replacement... or a full refund.

"Unfortunatly there were issues with product I ordered from the beginning. First some of them came eather not working or missing parts but customer service was very helpful in replacing them. However problems didn't stop there, I ended up having products which stoped working in lass than 2months.
What a shame!!!

"I purchased this sofa on June 13th. I was told the sofa was completely sold out and the manufacturer would have to make a new one, which wasn't expected to arrive until July. Understandable. However, it arrived less than two weeks later, which was quite a pleasurable surprise. Very unfortunately, the delivery people were extremely rude and wouldn't help me get it into my front door. They actually left it out on the sidewalk...and, yes, of course it rained that day. I had to cover the boxes in tarps until I could find help to get it inside later that day. Then I started to put it together...NO INSTRUCTIONS or marked holes where you were supposed to screw in the legs. Needless to say, they weren't completely aligned. NEXT...I noticed the headrests were sitting at very odd angles when I put them into the holes. In fact, the back of the head rests were thrown together so quickly, they were more than slightly crooked, there was yellow glue and foam all over the posts and two stuck up at least an inch or two higher than the one which was really pointing sideways! I laughed out loud. But that was the last time I laughed about this situation. There have been dozens and dozens of emails, pictures sent, etc...including all kinds of offers from them like them giving me a 15% refund!!! paying to get someone else to repair it, (no, I'm serious,) and the best one came yesterday....the manufacturer doesn't have any spare headrests sitting around!!! OK, so finally I get an offer to ship me a new sofa. But here's the catch. I have to ship the other one back first. Yes indeed. And of course no one will come pick it up without the original packaging. (Remember the boxes were left out in the rain???) Bottom lime...DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. And the manufacturer of the sofa, BAXTON STUDIO, should take some blame here as well. Never, ever again would I get this aggravated and waste this much time and money on a piece of garbage. My credit card payment was cancelled and I called the Better Business Bureau."
