"Don't understand how they can afford to pay for their website when they don't appear to actually sell anything. I placed an order a week ago for a product and never heard from these people. I sent them an email inquiring about the status today, and received a reply stating the order had been voided as the item was unavailable.

And yet they're still advertising it for sale on their website.

"I agree with the rest of you this place is a scam, I ordered a product from them and on the website it showed as shipped. I was given free shipping but no way to check on it. I figured that they would ship it the slowest way possible so after 3 weeks I emailed them and they did respond quickly saying that the order had been cancelled. I used Pay Pal and I checked my account yesterday and it showed that they had been paid. I checked Pay Pal after I received an email from them and now see that my money was refunded. This is not a good business and I hope that People check on the business before ordering. I wish I had done that and will do that in the future. The thing of it is these people are not honest. I hope

Everyone has the same complaint , no product no service. PayPal should bar this company from doing business through them.. This company is a scammer no doubt about it.!!!"

"Wow, I'm not the only one. I ordered an item from this "person" a while ago, and kept waiting for an email with my tracking number. I called and was told I had to email my request for a tracking number in. I did with no response. I sent another few emails...no response. I called again and was told that I would need to speak to someone in the "warehouse", but they just closed. It was around six central time, so it would have been 4 pm pacific time. He said the warehouse closes early. I asked if he had a computer to look up the tracking number he said "we are just simple folk" I asked for a supervisor he said he was the supervisor. He told me I was harrassing him and that my ordered would be canceled even though it had supposedly shipped out already. I told him I wanted a refund, and he hung up. I sent him multiple angry emails, and finally said that I was going to report all of his companies to the attorney general of my state unless I received a refund. A few days later I did receive refund with a very nice email. Now that I see this is happening to other people I may just let my states attorney general know. She does not play. He had the worst customer service everrrrrrrrrrrr......."

"ABSOLUTLY RUDE......Before you order from this individual do a little research and you will find that you will be lucky to complete an order with him. Read the endless reviews about peoples orders not shipping for weeks, with no ability to contact the individual.
I asked a question, once I did get a hold of him and he was sarcastic and RUDE.
Please don't subject yourself or your money and time to this merchant, you are taking a big gamble!!!!

Here is an update to this story of why you shouldn't trust this guy with any information.
Last night I received an email from him stating:
"I will take you down now! I have all of your information now. Watch me work. Suck my big one".

Is this someone you would risk doing business with your CC information and address? I think not!

"I wordered an item from consumersupermall.com over a week ago and the item still has not shipped out of their store. I have called them every day for 4 days now and all I get is rude responses and even yelled at when I ask to speak to someone else. Emails are not getting returned. I'm not even sure if they have products or if this is just a huge scam site."
