"I placed an order on 10/25/13 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It should have arrived on 10/29, but it did not come. On 10/30, I logged into their website to track the order. There was no shipping information or tracking number. I sent an email to customer service, waited two hours - no response. I called customer service and reached voice mail. I left a detailed message. I waited 3 hours - no response. I called again and chose the option for tracking and refunds - voice mail picked up and I left another message. I then sent another email. No response. The product I ordered will be of no use to me if I do not receive it today. That is why I needed 2 day shipping. I called a third time and chose the option for the operator, and was immediately placed on hold. I was on hold for about 5 minutes. Someone came on the phone and told me that they held my order because I was a first time customer. I was told that they had called and left me a message asking that I confirm my address information. I did not have a message or a missed called from them. I have never had an online merchant do that to me. I entered all of my credit card and address information when I ordered the merchandise. All of the information was correct. The rep told me that the order was scheduled to ship today. I asked her to stop the shipment. She said she would try. She did not know if it had already gone out. I told her that I no longer need the merchandise. I needed it to be delivered no later than today. She said that if it has already shipped, that I can return it and receive a full refund. I asked if they could send me a return shipping label. She said they could not. She said I would have to pay for the return shipping. They could have sent me a return shipping label. They knew it was supposed to have been shipped sooner. "

"I ordered Xerox brand ink sticks for a Xerox Phaser printer in the afternoon from this Illinois based business. Price for order was best price I found. I paid for standard shipping (not premium shipping) and expected the order to arrive in a few days or the following week. You can imagine my amazement when UPS was knocking on my door in western Colorado less than 24 hours later with my order. (they must have a Denver warehouse). This has been my only order with Concord, but the experience has been excellent and I would buy from them again."

After talking with customer service, the rep acknowledged that the magenta drum must be defective but that the drums only had a 30 day return policy. "I ordered a new compatible Drum DR-250 for my MFC-6800 printer from them. Instead what I got a is a badly used Drum with scratch marks all over. Looking at the condition of the drum, it looked as if they didn't even bother to clean it up to say it is refurbished. Compared to what they shipped me, my 2 yr old drum looked like new.
It had a "Compatible" sticker right above the Brother logo. When I called to report this and request a return authorization, the guy was so rude. Beware and avoid ordering anything from this Company. "
