"When I called I inquired if the product was a Key code or disc, and was told it was a disc, when it arrived it was a key code. Further to that I was not made aware it was not compatible with windows xp. When I called back in to inquire I was told since I opened the box it was my responsibility. How could I know it was not compatible if I did not open the box. NOT a company I would recommend"
"Computer Valley is a very legit site, just look at their certifications.. Their pricing is very competitive.. Their shipment is very quick.. HOWEVER I am disappointed with the product I received, and the return service.. (1) I ordered a Cisco DPC3825 cable gateway modem.. It did not work, my ISP Rogers could not connect, even with Factory Defaults.. I was not able to connect via LAN cable either.. (2) on asking for a return, the Sales Associate told me to contact Cisco to get a case# before I could return the modem.. EXCUSE ME ?? When I return an Apple or Sony product to a retailer (within 7 days), they never tell me to set up a case# with the MANUFACTURER ?? It's between the retailer and manufacturer to sort out a none working product.. Why is the buyer the Middle Man ??
