"Bought a PC Case from this company, and it arrived late and dented! Speaker was not connected. Company wants me to pay for return shipping. They won't take it back now either. No one there will return my calls and mgmt is never in office when I call. I'm stuck with it now and will never ever buy from them again. If anyone is interested in buying it off me - ****@****. Will practically give it away. Tell everyone these guys are frauds!"

"These guys are the worst PC store on-line. They send out bad motherboards, CPU's, and RAM, then argue with you over return. In my worst case with these guys, I bought a Motherboard, CPU, Ram, and Fan. The Fan, and RAM worked, but the motherboard was badly scratched and didn't work. I sent the entire set up minus the fan, back to Computer Super Sale for testing and replacement. One of their Tech's "Ryan" said he tested the setup and it worked fine, then sent it back to me. When I got the box back and opened it up, I immediately noticed a burned smell. Despite this I hook a fan back on the CPU, plugged it into a know good power supply and video card, and tried to fire it up. Same results as before. Nothing. I packed the parts back up, Minus the RAM I knew was good from testing elsewhere, and sent it back to them for testing again. I of course insured this package each time which at this point had cost me another 30 bucks in shipping. When Computer Super Sale got it back they took three weeks to test it, then came back and said I was right the motherboard was bad. and they would return the money for that. But the CPU they claimed I burned up so I wouldn't be getting paid back for it. I contested their claim and they said they would try and return it to the manufacturer for a replacement, even though it was burned. 3 Months later. I get a call from Steve after hounding them non stop for the three months, he said they were not responsible and not going to replace it or give me back my money. I have since filed a complaint against them with the better business beuro, and notified their local government about what I considered to be theft by fraud.

I don't know that I will take any further action against them although I have the paper trail to show their incompetence, it's not worth the hassle over 150 bucks.

But they may just get to see a "ComputerSuperSucks.Com" website in their near future.

Anyway, Unless you just like rolling the dice, and throwing away money, Run the other way when you see ComputerSuperSale.Com. They are incompetent, unintelligible, and just plain jerks!
