"I ordered an Asus G73JH-A1 NoteBook W7 H.Premium (64bit) Laptop from Computer Sonics. The following day I rec'd a call from them stating a part was on back order. It was the unit I wanted, and told them I was in no hurry. They had the courtesy to call me on more than one occasion updating me of the status. Why don't more company's have this type of customer service?

"I would just like to say prices are fair,sales staff are nice. need some improvement on their internet orders.they were slow to send the order took three business days (not including Saturday and Sunday ) to process and ship an order and no tracking numbers in the shipped e-mail. the lady that i talk to in shipping seemed to be a little rushed to get me off the phone. "Have been a customer for 3 years. Recently ordered a partial system, assembled. System crashed on software installation. CS customer service told us, first off when we called, that it could only be the memory. We ran Memtest, and it was. We ordered a new stick and got a prompt refund for the old one.
I have never had a bad experience with Computer Sonics, and, in fact, have set up commercial account with them through my workplace as well.
We received excellent customer service and product support from this reseller and will continue shopping here. Highly recommend! "

I bought the so called (high quality) 512 DDR 3200 RAM.
well it turns out they did a sticker swtich!!!. i noticed because my computer kept crashing and restarting i was wondering why i updated everything no error in windows xp log. so i checked the hardware so last but not least i looks at the ram the model number seem off compare to the asus manual. they put the stick of a 3200 m2u25664ds8hb3g-5t but i looked on the memory stick it was m2u51264ds8hb3g-5t looks the same huh but its 2700 and missing a digit. the 800 fsb is rejecting it the min of the board is 3200. I just want to let you all know beware of this business because at first i hear good things from various people but they are computer idiots i been a tech for quite some time."
