"i wish i would have read the comments on resellerratings before i got myself tangled in this mess. they had a great price on RAM, and the site stated that it would ship within 24 hours. i put a note in with my order that if it can't ship within 24 hours, let me know and i'll pay for faster shipping. the next day i heard nothing, so i emailed them. the next day, they got back to me and said it's not in stock, and they'll ship it when they get it. i'll keep the complete details to a minimum, but after a bunch of emails and a few days, i finally find out they don't have any brand of any 1gb pc2100 ddr ecc registered RAM at all in stock, and they have no clue when they will get any. one plus, is that they didn't charge me (knowing they didn't have any), and they canceled the order with no problem. stay away, there's plenty of online retailers that will bend over backwards to get your business."

"The typical rigamarole that irk's me so badly. When I called, I spoke to somebody that was less than helpful. I asked them specifically if they had the Netgear router in stock that I was looking for (even read off the part number for them from their website). After yelling back and forth in the office between a few people, they said that they had it in stock and it would be shipped that day. I asked them what the price was and after more yelling in the office, the price that they quoted me was 99, and on the website was 109, so i have a feeling this isn't the most organized institution. I ordered this on a friday. They didn't provide me with an order number, (i forgot to ask at the time i ordered it, but still thats their job to give me) and when i called to get the tracking number on the following tuesday, I got a rigamarole again while they shuffled paper to look for my order, and then told me that it was backordered. I told them that they told me it was in stock.. they said it wasn't.. etc etc. ad. infinitum. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with any facet of this business. "
