"I bought 2 web cams from the company. They shipped me one _USED_ camera. I called and asked for a price adjustment they refused to give it and propose to send a replacement. Customer service representative was polite but it did not improve the situation. After careful reviewing their return policy and taking into account relatively small value of the product (~$40) and absense of 800 number I decided do not bother. I don't know is shipping of the USED item was accidental or it is a regular practice of the company you can check it, if you want. Definitely I will not buy here again!
