" I ordered two different imes with them. One for a customer in Florida, and One For a customer in Ohio. Well To make this short on each order i updated shipping address. Well both of them went to Florida. And when i called to have them correct the problem they said ok. And that they would ship a new one to the correct address. Well unfortunetly i relied on them again. And they failed to come through. My customer is furious and probably wont do buisness with me again. If you are ordering for someone else get it through newegg.com . The positive thing i can say is you can underdstand them on the phone and they were polite. But I will not shop here again."
"They shipped an NEC LCD monitor that had a large cluster of dead pixels, and an occasional scrambled screen on power up. They did not reply to email or their online RMA process. I had to phone them, and even though this was a DOA they made me go directly to NEC to get a replacement. Kudos to NEC though for replacing the LCD."
"Computer3G gave great, hassle free service. I ordered a JUSTer DHT-601 surround sound system from them. It was then promtly shipped with a Tracking Number. It was a 7 lb item and shpped for free. It took a little while to get here, because of UPS Ground and me being across the United States, New York to Arizona. However everywhere else I looked that had this item wanted a ridiculous amount to ship. Great People!"
"I ordered a monitor (BenQ FP767) from this company and they failed to respond to calls or emails. I tried to check my order Online only to find that they wouldn't let me do that Either. Because of the urgency of this purchase I needed Immeadeate responce which they didn't provide. and therefore forced to cancel my order and go somewhere else."
"Computer3G is great! I placed an order for a Lian-Li PC-6085A on Jan. 23 and I received it the next day. Basically I paid $12 for "overnight shipping" which was actually UPS ground shipping, but since I'm only a state away, it came the next day. The case arrived in pristine condition. Nothing to complain about except that I never got an e-mail confirmation after I placed the order over the phone. However, their customer service is top-notch over the phone. I called them the next morning just to confirm that it was being delivered today and they graciously gave me the tracking number and apologized for the unsent e-mail. Overall, it was a very good experience and I'd definitely buy from them again."
"Loved the service. Although the shipping took long, its okay, its UPS Ground anyway, so what would you expect. I received everything okay, and brand new, complete in its retail Box. I ordered Jetway 615TCF motherboard, and i think they are the only vendor who sells this motherboard in the US. It is the only vendor listed when you search for it in pricewatch.com. It is pretty cheap too, (for the motherboards) for $78 for the board, with 815E chipset for the Celeron/Pentium3 processors, it supports Tualatin also. I actually ordered my second motherboard last april 2nd, 2002 for the second computer i am building, and it will arrive april 9, 2002. I selected UPS Ground again."
