"bought a 16x DVD-rom drive for a computer i was building. shipping was free, but also slow (USPS Media Mail) but as a result of free shipping i guess i can't complain. drive was packaged basically in a brown paper bag cut up, with no peanuts or styrofoam, but drive works fine. overall, good experience. would buy from again."

"DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered a CDRW drive frome them on Aug.3 They shipped it on Aug. 8 Recieved it on Aug. 15 . It was DOA on arival! Packing materials was probably the reason very poor packing material! Took 3 days to get ahold of them to get the RMA # ! Shipped back to them on the 17 of Aug. Called them on the 26 of Aug and asked them what was up with my Drive? George said yeah we recieved it on the 21 of Aug. To which I said well yeah today is the 27 so were is it. Uh wha let me email shipping and I'll email ya the tracking # when it ships!! They shipped it on Sept.1 HELLO there slower than SNAIL SNOTT still haven't recieved it yet, it will probably be DOA again! They Stink!! "I read a review of the ATI Radeon at Tomshardware.com. Than using his price search engine with “ATI Radeon 100711011” (number is ATI’s part number for the Radeon 7500DV). The lowest price for that video card was Computers123. Checking there web site, there description also included that part number and said it was an OEM so I went ahead an ordered the video card through their website. The card that I received was not ATI 100711011 nor was it an OEM product—it came in a retail box. I called Computers123 and asked for a return authorization because what I received did not match the part number in their description. They were polite and gave me a authorization number for the return. I rate them a 5 pending on their timely refund for the returned item."
