"I bought a PCChip mb with an AMD XP 2000+ processor as a combo. After installing the mb with the processor I could not get it to post. I did all troubleshooting on my own and once I couldn't get it to work I then tried to get in contact with them. They did not respond so after 2 weeks I called PCChip directly and they gave me the information I requested and now the mb works. But it will not work with the processor that I bought from them. As stated before I PAID for an AMD 2000+ but they sent me a 1900+ and they will not replace it. I will never order anything from them because they are not a business company but a money pit. "

"Ordered a motherboard and cpu, hoping to have it shipped same day. Since they could not accomodate this, I called their 800 number to cancel the order. After receiving a busy signal for 15 minutes, I finally reached a rep. I let them know that I would like to cancel the order, and they responded that they would take care of it, and hung up without another word. I called back to get a confirmation number for the cancellation, and was told (quite rudely), that my order was cancelled, and that the only confirmation number would be the order number. If this is the way they treat new customers, I wouldn't suggest anyone use them."

"I ordered an Athlon XP 2200+ from them. I got it and popped it into my soyo Dragon motherboard. Machine woudl not POST. So, thinking that mobo was bad, I ordered a new motherboard.
Same problem. Sent the CPU back to compubuzz.
They received it on 12/5 and I didn't hear back from them. I posted another tech request on their website (seems to be the only way to get a hold of them). They claim the CPU runs fine (I tried it in two mobos, a PCI and AGP video card, two different sticks of RAM.
So, they asked what I wanted to do with it and I replied back the same day telling them to send it back to me.
I have not heard back from them since then and still don't have my CPU.
