"Here is a short list of things you will not find at compucare:

1.Manageable credit card form after a purchase.
2.Options as to whether or not they should keep your credit card # on file.
3.System in place to automatically remove yourself from their online shop records.
4.Indication of the # of items in stock.
5.Moderate delivery rates.
6.Instructions or policy of if/when your credit card will be charged prior to delivery.
6.Honesty in pricing.

"Ordered a motherboard that was advertised on their website 11/19/02, received no response, called their store 11/21/02, was told "the web order guy wasn't in today". Had to press them to finally be told that the mobo would not be available. Then they offered a substitute product, so I cancelled the order. I found the board elsewhere. They should concentrate on their walk-in business and leave web sales to the pros, I don't have time for
this kind of unnecessary delay.

"They have pretty friendly sales assosiates, and ok prices. Their selection is somewhat limited though, but they are honest and do everything they can to please you."
