"Excellent help from a sales person friendly customer service and fast delivery. keep up guys."
"Like Jewelses I bought the Garmin nuvi 660 because of the price and what I thought was a decent rating. It arrived quickly in a white box with a sticker identifying it and the letters N.O. which I was to find meant "newly overhauled". Garmin technical support told me this when I attempted to update the maps and the unit had first been turned on Aug 07. Compubizusa acted surprised when I told them this and wanted to know how I had found out. Clearly a shady outfit but they did send me the RMA and refunded the full price plus shipping."
"I ordered a new Garmin Nuvi 660 GPS on Saturday night for just under $300.00 from their web page.
Monday i received an email from them stating that my order had been cancelled. Nothing else.
I didn't cancel it. I ordered it for my family vacation next month. A little later in the day i received a second email from them stating that they were out of stock and didn't know when they would be getting more in so they didn't charge my credit card. Nothing at all mentioning that they would ship it to me when they got more in.
I went on their web site and there it was for sale but for $60.00 dollars more. No mention of it being out of stock.
I called them and they said that it was a mistake on their web page and that they were out of stock and didn't know when they were getting more in and they would fix their web page to show it being out of stock.
Well, they did charge my credit card and i will file a complaint with my credit card company tomorrow to get them to take the charge off of it."
"My experience confirms what others are writing about this company being less than candid with their advertisements. I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 660 for just under $300 on a Friday night. I was suspicious because the website said neither "new" or "refurbished." The order form has a section for comments and I put down that I did not want the item if it was refurbished. Today on Monday I received an email saying my order was canceled because the item was either out of stock or because of "inaccurate information" or "per your request". The same item is available on their website now (Monday) for over $400 dollars, so it must not be out of stock. At least they refunded my money, so no harm done. Still, I'm disappointed in a company that can't put "refurbished" in the item's title. Just be honest with us. "
"i order a product with this company because they have the best price on this item GPS 680 i order overnight and i received today early morning
thank u compubizusa is nice to do bussines with you guys"
"I just made my second purchase from CompuBiz USA and like my first one, there had been no hassle. Easy transaction, worry free, and fast delivery!"
"I ordered HP 5590 scanner, i got for a reasonable price. My Order was shipped fast, shipping price is great and the product was excellent. I will definately shop from compubiz again."
"This company offered a refurbished JetDirect. I ordered it and got it later, and found ift was DOA. I tried to get a return from "Customer Service" and was told that it was past time. I was told to call HP for warranty. I complained that this was not new and was sold as refurbished, but they claimed that it was a bulk purchase. HP had no reord of selling this and would not provide a return. I am now fighting them over the return of the card or the money. STAY AWAY from this company! "
"Very disreputable company deserving of an even lower rating than they currently have.
Product was advertized as a 250 sheet printer tray and housing (HP9698A).
Though they pictured the 500 sheet tray and housing, I figured that was an easy mistake. When I received the item it was just the 250 sheet tray without the housing - useless since the printer needs the support of the housing to use the tray.
Called their "customer support" within their minimal required time and was told that someone would call me back - no call. I called again - again no call back. Tried to return the item but they did not accept it w/o RA#. Turned it over to my Credit Card company and eventually received notice from Visa that it was found my dispute was justified and the amount was credited my account. Then the calls began coming from CompuBizUSA wanting to know what the problem was - duh. They claimed that I did not call within the allotted time, I guess if you don't make it past the call dispatcher and they don't call you back then you never called them. Repeatedly explained to the same person (Sam) the whole story over several phonecalls. Told him that I would send the item back if they would send me a shipping label and pay for the shipping since I was already out $10 from the first time I shipped it to them. He said they would get back to me. Today I got a second notice from a collection agaency they turned my name over to. Now I'm back to calling Visa to handle it. Stay away, any price benefit cannot compensate for the dishonesty, denial, and total lack of any customer support."
"BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a HP deskjet 450ci printer 12 days ago for $186 after using pricegrabber and this company showed they had the printer available. I wrote emails to the company twice five days and two days ago without a reply. I called the company today noting that my order was still just "Authorized" and talked to two incredibly rude people there who said the order was on backorder then the next thing I get is an email saying the order was cancelled. It still shows as available but for $199 now. Overall, a horrible buying experience with this firm. Never again will I be so foolish as to order an item from CompubizUSA.com"
"I felt the product was misrepresented on CompBizusa's web site, and
therefore I do not believe that I should have to pay a restocking fee.
Let me explain what I mean by misrepresented. They labeled the product
as "refurbished" in small type very near, but not actually at the bottom
of the page, in among the product's specifications, which by the way
which are formatted nearly identically to the manufacturer's product
specifications as they appear on the manufacturer's web site...thus
making the condition of the product VERY difficult to see clearly. I
believe this sort of formatting on CompuBizUSA's web site is just short
of a scam to make make money on 1. Riduculous shipping prices, and 2.
the 15% restocking fee (Company policy...apparently unwavering)for
items. I guess CompuBizusa would rather try and get a restocking fee
from me instead of any possibility of future business (had they treated
me fairly this would have been a real
possibility) and accept my negative feedback. Very unsatisfactory
experience. The only thing they have going for them is the toll-free
telephone number to contact support."
"I bought a hp pda H2215 from this murchant, found them on line to have the lowest price, placed on order and 4 days later got my PDA. The hole experience was smooth and easy."
"They bait and switch my order. I order a new Kodak DX6340 and they sent me a refurbish one. They mention nowhere about refurbish via their ad, their site, their order notification, or their packaging slip. When I try to return they charge me 15% restocking, and 1 week after the return I still have not yet receive the refund via credit card. I am disputing this via the credit card company."
