"Their product did not match the original OEM spec of the vehicle. I was patient and tried working with them to get it right. In the end after stating within an email that they would give me a full refund of $287. They only refunded me $134. Do not use this company. Very dishonest if you have trouble with your order. They tell you to use the product for 3 months or 1,000 miles to let the struts wear in. That didn't work and my car sat about 1.5 inches higher than spec. However, they have a 30 day return policy. I could go on and on with very specific details and all would agree that I was screwed over. Please read this review and find another supplier. If you have any issues, you'll be the one screwed over in the end. Trust me!"
"I bought a set of 4 struts from Complete Struts less than 2 years ago and they have already broken!! They were not willing to do anything but a 10% discount on another purchase. Their products are crap and not worth the money! You're taking your life and your cars life into your own hands if you purchase anything from them!!"
"I made an order with them on eBay. Had a problem with one of the rear shocks. They replaced it quickly. Well the new one was actually an upgrade. I told them about the issue and they happily sent me an upgrade for the other side as well. Every time I communicated with them, they replied quickly. They did everything expected and then some to make it right for me. True, the shocks aren't name brand and are considerably less expensive than name brand, but I knew what I was getting. After installing, they do indeed work great. Haven't had any problems yet and she drives like a new car again! Very happy with my purchase and so happy with their customer service, I took time out of my day to post this. For lower end shocks, this place is definitely trustworthy in my experience. No need to fear a rip off of them ghosting you if something goes wrong. They have great customer service!"

"I purchased a set of front struts for my Honda CRV in March/2020 ..i drive very little here in Hawaii ..less than 2000 miles a year . these struts were completely shot in less than a year ..I mean 'zero' dampening . riding on springs . i contacted them and informed them of this issue and (they wanted me to pay out of my pocket on top of what i had already spent to buy them) a mechanic to tell them they were no good so they could look into a claim. I am an aircraft mechanic by trade for over 30 years and know when a strut is not working! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE STRUTS ! They maybe cheap but they are junk! "

"These struts and shocks are the worst. Brought them to replace original ones on a Nissan Versa. The car rides worse than than the ones that were on there which had 100,000 miles. You feel every bump in the road. The rear shocks don’t absorb nothing, feels like the car is being pick up and slammed back down. Spend $100 more and buy a more quality brand from your local auto parts store. I left this same review on the company website and they removed it....funny you never see bad comments on the website."

"I can not express how bad this place is. I front end bought struts for a 2006 Malibu (passenger and drivers side). My mechanic tore my car apart only to find that only one side fit. According to complete struts, I ordered the wrong parts.
How would that be possible when one side fits and the other does not? But even with common sense dictated the service rep at CS.com refused and suffice to say: I could return the parts if I paid shipping.

Everything has been great until recently, when I noticed the right rear strut appears to have failed, as it is crashing over larger bumps.
