"Overall great fit, true to size. Nice features, especially elasticized panels and zippers on the insides of the legs for easy reaching. The only complaint is that the snaps are quite loose and pop open when I sit or bend over. Luckily the zipper locks so they stay up. I rode with them on a sunny 85 - 90 degree day; the pants kept me cool with breezes blowing through while riding as well as when stopped because of the silver color.
Had ordered large and needed medium. Customer service was prompt and nice when arranging my return authorization. Both the original and new orders were received quickly."

"I purchased a Shoei helmet. As I'm very price conscience, i checked out a lot of companies and come to the conclusion that it made no difference on price as all companies had the same price on the same product, $585 dollars. (Which for a helmet is not chump change) I settled on competition accessories because their website showed cash back incentives, price match, no hassle returns, and earned cash back bucks from buying from competition accessories. As my helmet was exactly what I wanted and I'm not going to return it, I wanted to use the cash back bucks on a Bluetooth unit for my helmet. I found the unit I wanted from another company, contacted competition accessories by phone on price match, (which competition verified) then ran into a wall of excuses on ordering the product. I was told it would be weeks to receive it ( competition own website showed the product the Bluetooth unit I wanted in stock, and could be shipped in 3 to 7 days.) and the supplier was out of them.
I sure didn't believe them. Though I do believe I found the product someplace else at a better price, wanted to use my $30.00 cash back bucks I earned buying my helmet from competition accessories twords the Bluetooth unit with price match from revzilla and had been denied doing just that. Having said that, I won't buy from competition again as I don't believe what they say. I work hard for my money, and I refuse to do business with a company that won't honor what they advertise. "

FINALLY was able to speak with someone today and was told my item was
still not in their warehouse from supplier so it could still be
a week out before shipping. Delay caused me to miss wearing helmet
in two different rides .... not a happy camper :(
I would have been understanding IF Customer Service had made an
attempt to communicate with me about the delay. :( "

"It took 5 days to get my tire. After 2 days not receiving a tracking number I called to find out what the status is. The hold time on the phone was 15 minutes and when someone finally got on the line all I got is 'your package shipped but we don't have a tracking number because the tire is shipped from our supplier in Texas'.
2 days after that still not tracking email. I called and again had to hold 15 minutes. This time there was a tracking number but it wasn't tracking on the UPS system. The tire did arrive the next day but it's hard to sit and wait when there is no info about the shipping of the order. Phone wait time is unacceptable.
This was the lowest price I found online but not sure if $5 savings was worth all the effort and hold time."
