"Despite assurances from chat support, the CLI-65 cartridge for my Canon Pixma Pro 200 is not truly compatible. I was told that the chip would work the same as the OEM version, but the printer does not recognize the cartridge. Yes, it fits and so far, prints ok but it is up to the user to manage the level of the ink (via eyeball) whereas the much more expensive Canon version reports the ink level of all 8 cartridges. I would love to have an alternative to the Canon ink so I hope CAS can address this issue. In the meantime, at least tell customers the truth about the compatibility and functionality. "
