"Ordered on Friday, 2/24/2012. Received on Wednesday, 2/29/2012. They said they would be at my house for delivery between 09:00 & 11:00 am. They showed up at 09:50. Set sofa up in about 15 mins. This was the best purchase and delivery I have ever had. It just ran so smooth. I would not hesitate to order from them again. "

"I love the furniture and would love to purchase from here in the future. The only problem, not Comfyco's fault, is that the strict building we live in requires a certificate of insurance in order for Comyco to deliver. Does anyone know if Comfyco does have certificate of insurance so we can order from here in the future? Other than this the delivery was fast, professional and we absolutely LOVE the bed and bench. "Not sure, why other customers had any trouble with Comfyco. I am buying something here for 3rd time already in last 2 years, and overall, it's really amazing experience. Surely, you can say, it's a smaller company, rather than large network, that's why customer treatment is quite different than in a large grocery store, but I didn't find any problems. From my experience, delivery times may vary, since they don't keep everything in stock, but that's good with me. Great service overall."

"Buyers out there, do NOT waist your time. This is the first time in my life I write a review and if there is a minus I would give them a minus on their customer service! I ordered a dining set, server and coffee tables from the website :

The product is ok, it is very close to what the pictures show on the website, except for the fact that the inside, underneath and behind the major areas, nth is finished. I did not mind this since the table top and server major areas were finished.
You will be shocked though how poor their customer service is and how UNPROFESSIONA their communication is.
They guaranteed to deliver and assemble my items, which were over 2k. When the items arrived, I had to talk to three people before the delivery guys accepted to assemble the pieces. They assembled the table and wanted to leave. Then, I asked them to assemble the chairs. They did and then wanted to leave. I almost begged them to assemble the rest of the items; the server and the coffee tables.they were extremely rude. I found two brown spots on two chairs and they saw the spots and told me to call Comfyco and they will get them replaced. The top drawer in the server didn't open as well. It just doesn't open. When I called to get these defects taken care of the manager told me that these defects are invisible and that it is ridiculous that the drawer doesn't open! I sent him pictures and called him over three time without any intention to get this matter resolved. He said that they are more than 200 miles away and that it is not possible to get these items replaced. I told him that I will make sure to write my review on the website and he literally told me " we moderate these reviews"

"This company is a classic confidence. They feature items on their site that are not available, then pull a "bait and switch" tyring to persuade the customer to purchase a relatively similar item at roughly double the price. When confronted about this, the owner very maturely refers to the caller as a "moron" and hangs up. I ended up contacting the manufacturer directly about the item and she told me that she has been advising them to remove these items from thier website for a year."
