I have made 2 orders with you and on both of those orders I received emails saying the items had been shipped, only to receive an email later stating that some of my item(s) were on backorder. When I ordered these items online there was no indication that these items were on backorder. When I attempted to replace those items with a different color I was told those were also on backorder. Again no indication that they were low or out of stock. I'm highly disappointed in shopping with Comfort1st and I will NOT be ordering from you again after all the hassle I've had to go through. I chose Comfort1st because of the name and from word of mouth by others of how great you were. Sadly, you have now lost what would have been a great customer and will be sure to let my friends and family know about the horrible experience I have had and how misleading your information has been."
