"Baxkordered. They said for the back ordered item if you wanted it canceled, you did not have to do anything and that you only had to notify them if you wanted to keep it. So I did nothing assuming it would be automatically canceled and refunded and then they ended up charging me. So I had to call customer service and the first rep said she had canceled it but she really did not so I had to talk to another rep to get it canceled and refunded after the email said you didn’t have to do anything. "

I mailed wrong items on 8/3, have yet to hear whether correct items have been sent or at very least refund issued. I emailed CS once already and was told they hadn’t received items yet? Tracking provided only worked so far. So I have no idea status of return or my hoped correct color items being sent out. "
