First they said they didn't find my return but then I showed them proof of delivery and that the item is back online (it was sold out but then it was posted again, in my size) I am emailing them back and forth every day only to be taken on a ride. "Ordered a pair of shoes from Coggles, they used a local courier in the US and the package was delivered to the wrong address. The zip code was entered wrong during the purchase but the package was delivered to a completely different address, not even close to the correct one entered. The local courier in the US even gave me the address they delivered the package to, and said the label had the wrong address. Coggles claim no responsibility and say that they printed the label correctly and will not reimburse money or send a new pair to the correct address. This is clearly an issue between the local courier in the US and their company. The claim process took over 5 weeks, and through their message system I talked to 8 different people before it got pushed to Alan the Customer Relations Executive that told me it was all my fault. STAY AWAY from this website, horrible customer support and service. "

"I purchased two handbags from Coggles which returned the same week using UPS, I just happened to be checking my statements and noticed the refund had not been credited to my card, two days later, several phone calls ,serve anguish and talking to some absolute idiots the handbags suddenly appeared in there warehouse , no explanation or apology was given.

"I placed an order online for flipflops which said they were in stock. The day after I received an email saying that there had been a problem as they were not in stock and so I had not been charged and would not receive the flipflops. I therefore purchased them elsewhere and they arrived ok. Two days after that Coggles delivered the original flipflops that I had been charged for so I returned them for full credit. Ten days after receiving an email saying my return had been arrived and my refund was being processed I still had not received the credit so I chased it to be advised they have a problem in there refunds processing system and it would be with me shortly. I then called them and was promised a refund in two days maximim but another 5 days later I still do not have my refund. You also cannot just email them without going through their web portal which is all very long winded. I have looked at other review sites and refunds seem to be a general problem where some people have waited months. I tried to contact the Managing Director Matthew Moulding but he seems to hide behind people and its not possible to email him. That tells me a lot about a company if you cannot get to the MD when you need help. I will never use or recommend Coggles or The Hut Co ever again. "
"I ordered on 31 Dec 15 and Coggles said the item sent on the 1st Jan 15 with tracking number. After 2 weeks I found that the online tracking said the item could not be delivered due to false address. I contacted Coggles.com and they promised to resolve it. I heard nothing over a month and asked again then they said they will get in touch with the courier. Another month gone I have to email them again to follow up. This time they said cannot send the parcel to me and will arrange refund when they get the item back from courier. Is been over 4 months now, no follow up, no refund... worse UK online retailer for sure. "

19 February 2015 I ordered gloves on this site.
More than a 1,5 month passed but I not received my order. I wrote to customer service and a very long time waiting for an answer. When I got the answer I was shocked. Here is the original answer from support:

We operate a 40 day policy in which we ask you to please make contact to let us know that your order has not arrived.
As it has now been over 40 days since your order was sent, we cannot trace this item and are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this.
If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help.

So, I was left without gloves and without money.
People, if you want to buy something in this online store - you can just throw the money. So you at least save your time and nerves.

"Found something in stock, at a great price, that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else.
Placed an order for said item and the money was taken from my account, only for no delivery to be received over a week later. I emailed the company who told me that my item was out of stock and my order had been cancelled! This is ridiculous, but to not bother telling me and keeping my £330 is quite unforgivable!!
Said item was then removed from website.
Two days later I log back onto the website to see the item re-added. I call the customer service centre who say I can place my order again, and they are, I quote, "100% sure" that the item is in stock and does really exist this time. I pay extra for next day delivery.
Order status: "Awaiting Picking" - YAY!
Order status: "Awaiting Despatch" (i.e. it exists - has been picked! YAY!)
Order status: "Processing" Oh.
Unsurprisingly I call customer services to be told, ONCE AGAIN, that they think they've sold me an item that they don't actually have, and won't be getting any more stock of. It has since taken 10 days (while they kept my money) for them to confirm this.
4 weeks of exchanging emails and calls, no explanation whatsoever, and no similar product in stock, but they will give me my money back! (And yes, every time they tell you that it’s like you’re supposed to be impressed!).

"Ordered a 32" and a 30" arrived despite the site displaying that 30" were out of stock. Rang Coggles, was told I've get a call back - didn't. After 2 days, I finally received a return number which was for a refund whereas I wanted a exchange so another day passed.
I then waited for a courier to come and pick the jeans, nobody came. I rang DHL and they had no record of a collection arranged so another phone call (at a cost) to Coggles to rearrange a collection and was told that the collection was arranged with DHL instead so I rang them and they had no reference either.
When they were eventually picked up, the jeans took 8 days to reach Coggles (as they had chosen the cheapest service possible) and a further week to 'process' the jeans to which after 3 weeks of premium phone calls and emails to their extremely unhelpful staff, I was told the 32" wasn't in stock and shouldn't be listed as such on the website despite the website still showing them not only in stock but a further 15% added on to the price.
After another angry phone call was told I would receive a 10% (incredible) discount on my next order to which of course to live up to the Coggles standard, has not arrived. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Disgusting."
