"Same story here. I placed an order with them in mid-June, they pulled the money out of my bank account, and it's almost 3 months later and I haven't received anything. I emailed them twice and called once, and can't get any response. I have ordered from them in the past, and while I've had very slow service and no customer service, I've always received my order within a month. I will never do business with them again."

"I placed an order 04/06/13 and the money was withdrawn from my account on 04/07/13 (according to my bank statement). It is now 06/24/13 and I have yet to revive my order. I have emailed three times and called (leaving a voicemail since they never bother to answer their phone) and have yet to receive a response. I just tried calling again this morning and received a message stating the voicemail inbox was full. My first few orders with this company were processed quickly and without incident. However, apparently that is no longer the case."

"Coffee Authority is THE worst place to purchase coffee supplies. I'm not sure what has happened with this company as they have been pretty solid in the last few years. But, the last two orders were charged to my bank right away, but arrived almost a month later. That's with the expensive 4-day UPS shipping charges included. My last order was placed on May 10, 2013 and it's now June 3, 2013 and I have not received my order. My bank was charged on May 13, 2013. The charge for shipping was $55. I have left messages and sent emails and they don't even bother to respond. "

"I placed an order with them for two items. The first item arrived about a week laer (shipping time + 1 day). The second item was a no-show, and there was no communication about what the issue was, or when it would arrive. I waited several weeks, then called. Miraculously, the item shipped the next day.

To me, this looks like they were out of stock at the time (it happens, but a notice would have been nice), then forgot about the rest of the order. This is a good way to lose customers, and I won't be buying from them again.
