"Ordered on 3/23 a PB Tool. Got it on 4/8. For charging 7 USD shipping this is terrible slow.
The good: What I ordered works and you can track after about 5 days after your order where your stuff is. Credit card get charged right away, way before your stuff ships out. I might order again from them, but would definitely not recommend orderîng fast shipping, as it is not worth it.

"Atrocious customer service. I placed an order online for an Action Replay for the xbox, which listed availability as “immediate.” On the web site, the order showed as “complete and dispatched” two days later. After not having received any information for about a week, I started e-mailing and calling. No response, until finally, almost three weeks later, I finally get a response to one of my many emails that the item is out of stock but will be available "soon." Really? It is a discontinued product! It still shows on the website as available "immediately."

If I hadn't contacted them, apparently they were perfectly willing to let me wait forever for a product which would never show up.

"Watch out for these guys. I ordered an item and paid extra for "express" shipping. Unfortunately, that still gives them the right to wait 5 business days before shipping your (in stock) item. Add on 5 days for UPS, and my "express" shipping took 10 business days to arrive. Also, terrible customer service. They ignored 3 emails from me asking for the status of my order before they finally decided to explain their concept of "express"."

"Placed an order on a Tuesday and waited a few days. Then I waited a few days more. A week went by and still no emails from Code Junkies stating my order had been shipped. I called the customer service number (a long distance call mind you) and emailed customer service twice with no response. Exactly two weeks from the day I placed the order I recieve a one-line email saying: "Your tracking number is..." and that's it. No "sorry we didn't reply sooner" or anything, just that. Anyways my package came a few days later.

Bad customer service. Would not do business with again.
