"I contacted several dealers near my home (Knoxville, TN) and their prices were very inflated compared to Cobb County Toyota. Cobb Toyota had one of the lowest online prices for the product I wanted for my 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport. I contacted them buy phone to inquire about availability of the product and about how to pick it up. the customer service person I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous. I just wish I lived closer, because I would always use them for my OEM parts. I live 190 miles away and it is still a bargain to drive that distance and get the part I wanted"

The prices are generally great (with a few exceptions), but the convenience of picking them up within a couple of days is invaluable. The convenience factor is important when trying to get your car back on the road. Also, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend!"
