"I bought a Logitech keyboard from them after much bargain hunting. Ordering was easy and I received an order confirmation the same day. For one reason or another they sent two order numbers in two different emails. To correct this I called their toll free customer service hotline. The representative was helpful and cleared up the problem without a hassle. The package shipped same day and I received it in very good condition in normal shipping time. The only complaint I have is that in their order confirmation letter they said my tracking number would be emailed to me when the box shipped. I never received an email with that information but I was still able to track my package by going to their website and plugging in my order number. I received one last email thanking me and telling me my order had shipped but this was after I had already received it. Overall a good shopping experience and I would use them again for their good prices, helpful service, and prompt shipping. "

"AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST.
i purchased a few networking components on a thursday. i recieved order confirmation and shipping confirmation the next morning - including fedex tracking number from fedex.com. later that day i got an email from fedex.com notifying that the tracking number had been deleted. this was friday afternoon. no one was available to ask what was going on. i sent an email and it was answered monday:

We apologize but we are temporarily out of stock on the wireless network

order.

i asked them to ship the remainder of my order, or cancel the entire thing if they were not willing to ship partially. they ignored me for 2 days then sent this message in response to my cancellation reques:

Dear Customer,
We apologize but we are temporarily out of stock on one of the items you
ordered, however we do expect it in and will ship your order.

they were still taking orders for the network card which was out of stock at this point. I just sent them an email requesting in very clear terms that they must cancel my order immediately. We'll see how this pans out"
