"We had sent in an NEC phone for repair. Among cosmetic short commings it also had a high pitch wine associated with the phone when ever it was plugged in. When we got it back the cosmetic short commings were fixed but the wine was not. Called CMS and they sent us a pre-paid mailing label and the phone was sent back in. We received the phone back but the wine was still there. Called a third time and this time CMS just sent us a different phone that worked just fine. So CMS kept sending us product till the problem was fixed!"
