"I thought I would try this vendor based upon reviews here. I ordered a Core 2 Quad Q6600 processor on 4/4/08 that was in stock according to the website. The website states order processing time is 24 to 48 hours. It is now 4/10/08 and my order status still states “pending for shipment”? If I would have ordered it from the "egg", I could be using it already.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the customer service manager on 4/11. He said my order was not shipped because of an internal system error. He wanted to know how he could make this a better shopping experience. I replied back with my suggestions and was never contacted by him again. I did receive my order on 4/16.

"Bear with me here: 1. Bought inexpensive product I couldn't use at the time, because it ended up being free after rebates. 2. Later installed into new motherboard -- after 30 day ClubIT return period, so I'm now on manufacturer's warranty, and... well, you guessed it: DOA. 3. Attempted (more times than I can remember) to contact unresponsive manufacturer (Abit, whose products I will NEVER buy, based on this experience) who first just didn't respond and then, after multiple long-distance calls and further emails, gave me conflicting information. 4. ClubIT followed up independently (again, I took the risk on the timing just to get the rebate) and fixed the problem completely without any prompting from me. Great service, and from the junk (ahem) I was being fed by Abit, may have swallowed the cost of the Abit board to keep me happy. Great job, and they've become one of my bookmarked stores I always check with."

"Bought some RAM from this company and received it pretty quick. A somewhat satisfied customer. Store rebates can be somewhat questionable. There was a $6 ClubIT rebate for the RAM, and I have yet to receive it(been close to 3 months and its still processing?). $6 isn't much, but companies should follow through with things like this. I also want to mention that I sent in my OCZ rebate(for the RAM) the same day and got my check 2 weeks ago."
"Buying from Club IT was an OK experience UNTIL they started spamming me. The item took just over a day to ship, and reached pretty quickly. However, they have a nasty tendency to SPAM your mailbox after your purchase, to ask you to rate them on this website (resellerratings.com). They will send you one email a day (at 8pm EDT). I have received 3 such emails over the past 3 days."
