"I thought it took quite awhile for the order to arrive. Because this was an order for my mother-in-law who wears a size 12 oxford shirt and lives in assisted living, I needed to guess at your sizing. After calling and talking to one of your agents, I still needed to guess at the sizing for her. My guess was incorrect. I have sent the oxford shirts back for an exchange and am hoping that the correct size will come sometime soon. I couldn't help but feel that this company doesn't want to deal with small orders from individuals, but prefers to deal with larger orders."
