"I returned some items from my order in Sept. I have the USPS tracking number which shows when the package was delivered to them. They now say they never received the package, even though the tracking number confirms it was delivered and when. And they refuse to issue me a refund. I will never buy anything again from them. Buyer beware if you need to return items to them. They took over 2 weeks to deliver my order to me and only give you 14 days to return anything to them, and you need to get an RMA code before you can send back your return. Horrible customer service, I don't know what more I need to prove to them they received my return and someone there possibly lost it. But now I'm the one suffering because of their mistake. Would not recommend purchasing from them. Never been treated so poorly by any company."
