"My husband and I recently moved into a new house. We knew we wanted to get a custom closet system rather than the wire junk that builders typically install. We had used the Elfa system in the past and had planned to do so again. However, when I priced it out, it was way more expensive than we had wanted to spend. So I decided to explore other options. I did some research and got a couple of quotes. Both were similar to each other in price, and while the designs were similar to what I had designed with Elfa, the quotes were much cheaper. Plus, the systems were way nicer as they were solid shelves instead of the wire Elfa system. AND we didn't have to do the install ourselves! Jackpot!
Out of the two quotes, I ultimately chose Closet Factory because their operation seemed a little more buttoned up. It was just a hunch, but I'm glad I went with them. The process was smooth and the installation was even better. Mark, our installer, took great care with our installation and did a fantastic job.
