"I am very disappointed and non-professional conduct from Sales Person(Bethany Bowley).
When inquired about the lack of specific comments on the design, instead of honoring the mistake, she sent the addendum a day before install with $1100 in NEW CHARGES. Then 'demanding' that I must sign the addendum, or else the install planned next day would be cancelled.
She did not show courtesy to make one phone call BEFORE sending such Addendum, for which I never had prior consent or agreement to pay any extra charges.
This was supposed to be her mistake and should have got covered.
This is the worst professional conduct to send customer extra charges when it is not even agreed, and top of it threaten to cancel the installation.
I had asked management contact to get further help. I was not provided any Management contact and told management knows about this and there is no need to talk to them.
Due to lack of time to protest or escalate this unprofessional conduct, I was forced to accept the product installation without the committed parts.
On positive side, the person (Paco) who worked on the installation was very good at his job. He finished the installation in very neat and clean manner.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company to any one else just due to the arrogant behavior of key Sales person.
I hope they do better job for understanding what is written in contract and call out ALL EXCEPTIONS.
