I wouldn't give any stars if that were an option.

"I placed an order online and mistakenly ordered the wrong hands. After receiving the order I discovered that all sales are final. I sent two e-mails to inquire about an exchange, no answer. I called and was informed they wouldn't do an exchange. Save your money for a company that's willing to serve their customers!"

Helpful and Fast!

"I didn't know much about clocks, but I had to refurbish some for my store. I called and they were super friendly! They answered all my questions, were super patient with my lack of knowledge and even directed me to some super helpful videos they have on their website. They have an instructional video for pretty much everything you need."

Defective part... no return

"They sent me a defective part and I ended up having to go to a local retail store to get the job done. When I called them they said no returns, even for defective parts. I'd avoid these guys at all costs. Expensive and quality ****."

Can't get it right

"I ordered a motor, hands and mounting cup. They sent the wrong cup. I emailed (calling didn't work) and they sent another cup, free of charge. You'd thing that was great, but it was the exact same cup that was sent incorrectly the first time. After trying many times with no success to contact somebody after that, the wife finally contacted somebody. They promised to send the correct cup, to include 3 day shipping so we can complete this project. Well, the day before it was supposed to arrive I got the shipping confirmation. Going regular mail. I guess I'll find out in another week if they sent the correct cup. Don't waste your time here. They can't get the order right and it's impossible to get in touch with somebody. I've been dealing with this for over a month already. Who knows how much longer I'll be dealing with it. "

Absolutely Horrible in All Possible Ways

"Overcharged for shipping.
Advertised USA made products. Sent product made in China.
Sent completely wrong part. Much more basic without any of the features advertised.
Took several phone calls and emails to get any support.
Finally said they would reimburse me for parts charges, shipping charges, and return shipping charges, but only reimbursed me for parts charges. Would not respond to complaints about this.

Horrible Customer Service

" To make a long story short I ordered o'clock motor with Hans and they neglected to send me the hands. I called to speak to a manager and they were not available so I left my phone number for them to call me back and they never dead. The lady told me they would be mailing the hands and I should receive it within 2 to 3 business days . One week later still no hands so I called to speak to a manager again and of course surprise surprise… They were not available! Now the lady says that they will ship it today… A whole week later and that I should receive it into to three business days. Again I left my name and phone number for a manager to call me back. "

doesn't work for humans

"I called and (here's a hint.. if you need to talk to someone, select SALES, then they'll answer the phone) talked to Mike. After describing the pendulum that I had that quit working he said, "I'm so glad you told me the weight of the pendulum". He suggested i get the PD200 which would handle a pendulum twice the weight of mine.
Long story shorter, after multiple phone calls and THREE replacements, it still doesn't work! The part was $21.95 with an addition $14 in shipping but after three tries they failed me miserably. I even asked them to test the next one before they send it. They said they would but it would take 48 hours before shipping. Over a month later and three tries I still don't have a pendulum that works.
I would suggest you look elsewhere for clock parts!

"I ordered a clock part and was taken aback by the additional $3.99 handling + $2.99 residential charges, but I went ahead anyway because the site promised quick shipping. I waited for almost two weeks to receive the package! I now need to return the item because it is the wrong size, and the site says they will refuse it unless you call for a return authorization number. I've sent 5 emails and have left 6 voice messages and no one has ever gotten back to me. There is no live person who answers the phone. I now see many other negative reviews online. BEWARE! "
