Buyer Beware

"We purchased two replacement cartridges for our HP printer. The website clearly stated that they would work with our HP printer model number. Upon receiving them the packaging clearly stated they were not compatible with our specific model number. We contacted Clickinks immediately and were told they would work and should they not work, we'd receive a full refund. Needless to say they did not work at all. We never got the promised refund. We had contest the charges through an elevated complaint with PayPal. Clickink's customer service is a joke. Don't believe the claim that their customer service is "second to none". We couldn't get anyone to answer our repeated calls or answer our emails and when they did finally reply we never got the promised full refund.

Beware it was way too much work and time the company is awful.

Buyer beware.....

"We bought 2 cartridges that were clearly marked as compatible with our HP printer on their website. Upon receiving the cartridges they were clearly marked that they would NOT work with our printer. We contacted the "customer service" line; which is a joke, and were told that they would work and if they didn't they'd refund us immediately. That was 2 months ago. They promise us refunds that never come. Beware..."

Rip off

"I ordered 3
Ink cartridges from them, and they shipped the wrong ones. But I tried to insert the improper one into my printer. They would only take two of them back, because the third one was open. I spent $10 mailing them back to them, so I had $54 invested in this ink. When I tried to redeem my credit, they wanted $34 for an ink cartridge that cost $25 on Amazon PLUS they wanted me to pay shipping. RIP OFF

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I live in Florida, this company’s Wearhouse is in Florida so I thought I would get a quick order for my very common canon printer. I only ordered three cartridges! The took my money that day, a month later no ink. I called “Their” customer service; it was a call center in Romania! I was on hold for 27:02! Twice a minute the recording kept saying, “We will be with you shortly.” They have a different definition of “shortly” than I do. When I did finally talk with someone in Romania, I was told that one of the three cartridges were out of stock. It’s a canon 25 series! JUST THE WORST RUN COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!!!!!!! FIVE STAR RATINGS MUST BE EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY."

Bogus Company, Bogus Product, Bogus Customer Service, Bogus Product Service

"I ordered the wrong product (my fault). I called the company, received a "return authorization number". I returned the product UNOPENED. I furnished customer service with the Tracking Number and Proof of Delivery. They refused to refund the purchase price. Finally, after 6 weeks of futile attempts, lies, bogus stories and just plain run-a-round, I called my credit card company (Captital 1) and disputed the charge.......my money was refunded within 3 days.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS BOGUS COMPANY.....ALL THEY SELL IS SNAKE-OIL.....

To Turn to Integrity Would be Helpful

"The ink cartridges worked first go around, fairly well. Second order, they did not. I went through all troubleshooting and problems still did not resolve. The company sent me a return postage tag, by email. I returned the cartridges months ago. No refund. I contacted customer service and they confirmed they received the returned cartridges, that the cartridges would be refunded. No refund after another week. Called back - the person said they would escalate and use Paypal to refund. Still nothing. I called the next week. Again, they verified they have the returned cartridges, that it would be escalated. Still....no refund. I called this week again, the person I spoke with verified the same and said the refund was processed that day and would show up, to give 24 hours to show. That was Monday. Today is Thursday - still.......no refund. I was patient and professional on this end. It would be best to refund. But if not, it would be better to be truthful and say they will not, rather than mislead."

Bad Vendor, fully Unreliable

"I ordered a drum and ink cartilage along with numerous Ink cartilages. They sent me part of the order. I have been waiting, no email or whereabouts for the my orders. When I called the company they said they have the product and they do not know when would it be available, How come they accept the order if do not have the product. The customer rep was rude and not willing to help. When I asked her to connect me to the manager she declined. Finally, I emailed them and they canceled my other part of order without any apology and did not refund the money. They said it will take 1-2 billing cycle to get refunds, ARE YOU KIDDING? it is joke so please do not order from this vendor (CLICKINKS), it will ripe you off. "

Avoid this vendor

"I had an Epson WF 3640 printer and I ordered 2 large black cartridges and 2 sets of color cartridges. The order came with a free black cartridge. I believe the cost was around $95.00. I received the cartridges quickly enough, but when I inserted the black cartridge the printer would not work. I discovered that the little circuit board was missing on the cartridge. I inserted another cartridge and the printer would not work. I then realized that the little plastic **** on my printer had broken off into the first bad black cartridge. There was no repair economically possible. I contacted Clickink and they said they would give me a refund. They provided a return shipping label and I returned all of the new cartridges. I had not opened one black cartridge or any of the three sets of color cartridges. After more than 4 months of trying to communicate with Clickink, they issued to me a $29 refund. I was out nearly $70 for the cartridges and had to buy another printer. I suggest avoiding this vendor and remanufactured ink cartridges."

Buyer Beware

"Ordered some ink.. came two week later. The ink didn’t work and I called their 1800 number and asked for a refund and they said just give them the tracking number and it will be refunded once received. It was all Email communication after that... I gave them the tracking number and they got it. I waited a week and no refund; I emailed and no response for two weeks. Then I get a refund for $7 (I paid $20 plus shipping back) and an email another that simply stated you got a refund of $7 (no sorry or explanation on why the kept the other $13). I emailed back asking why I got a partial refund and it’s been 2 weeks with no response. I really don’t care about $12.. I wish I had read the reviews and it sounds like they need money more than I do. But never again! Buyer Beware!"

Horrible!! Frustrating!!

"Do NOT buy from these people they're thieves, customer service does NOT exist...they hang up on customers or disconnect you... the only person I could reach after trying 4x's was to say I was placing an order??? the woman I had to deal with, aside from a heavy accent which was difficult to understand... was so bad, so wrong and so unconscionable... who ever they have, well, NO business from me or anyone I can reach... whatever good deal you think your buying is BS.. DONT BUT FROM clickinks, period. I WAS SENT THE WRONG INK CARTRIDGES THEY WON'T TAKE THEM BACK!!! STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC!"

poor customer service

"ordered some ink for home printer, website directed me to re-furbished in cartridge, did not work, got suggestions from support which did not work
told that black re-furbished ink not compatible to color original so sent ink back for return expecting to then buy original black; 1 month later clickinks claims never received the return; keep suggesting for me to wait while they search warehouse; just giving me the run-around; instead of crediting account and keeping satisfied customer (who was just about to turn around and spend the return on more ink) they keep suggesting I wait

They make the products when it is ordered

"I placed my order on Tuesday. I received an email Wednesday informing me that the free photo gloss paper, that I did not order is not in, and my order is on hold. The email sates that if I want the remaining order, please let them know. The email was covered with "hyperlinks" and they go no where! As I sent emails, the replies were getting threatening, as to cancel my order. I called the company, the woman on the other end was breathing hard in the phone. Said if I didn't say anything, she was going to hang up. She checked my order, informed me, that she was out of paper and making the magenta ink cartridge. But, if I didn't want to wait, she will cancel my order.
Very strange, it was repeated three times to cancel my order! Not good business!

Avoid buying from these people Clickinks.com

"I recently made an attempt to purchase an item that showed the item was available; however, they did not have the item in stock and refuse to refund the purchase until they finalize there monthly statements weeks later. Meanwhile I still don't have any ink, nor the money to purchase from another source. "

Good customer service response.

"My black cartridge is not being recognized by my printer even though I have been using Clickinks in it for 2 or 3 years. The service rep told me what to try and thought it would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after doing the complete procedure twice, it still doesn't work."
