"I found the frames I wanted online and entered all my measurement but needed help picking the right lens, customer service was not able to help me so she said she was going to check with someone who would know and call me back but I never got a call back. Called in to customer service again to ask about the lenses and he was not able to help me but call was ended before a solution was reached and no one ever called back. Eventually I went online to place order and guess which lenses would work for me by the. The promo code which had lured me to your site to begin with was expired so I had to pay more than the original was placed. Glasses were delivered while we were on vacation, no notification was sent otherwise I could have asked someone to pick them up but they were there when we got home - surprising enough. The glasses I recited were not the frames I ordered they were supposed to be two toned black and yellow but the frames I got were just plain black, lenses are very strange I can see close to read but they are not usable for work on the computer as intended. Looking up to see past the book in front of me is impossible as the view is completely blurry. Other lens I have had always allow me to view things at a distance even when they were not bifocals. I guess I got what I paid for but definitely not what I wanted. Very disappointed with the whole process I don’t think I will order from this company again."

"Okay - so you have to tweak the nose piece and sometimes the "arms" - most folks can manage this - we could (and we've had 3 or 4 pairs of glasses from CLEARLY). We will NEVER go back to opticians who have huge overheads and must charge accordingly. I can descern little or no difference between their optical and frame offerings than Clearly's. CLEARLY provides a sensible alternative. The "seeing the glasses on your face" is a nifty fitting feature and we have found the staff to be very helpful when it was necessary to call them.
