"I ordered Clearly Basics Weyburn Matte Gunmetal (56) as sunglasses. After a few times of wearing them, the coating just delaminated in one spot. I sent them photos of the delamination and asked them about a replacement. I was told that this is normal wear and tear and that they would not replace the glasses. Very disappointing, especially since I had been a customer for over ten years. All other glasses I ordered in the past were great. Still, the customer service at this time was not satisfactory. "
