"Not left at the door as requested. This was ignored by the delivery agent (aust post), even tho clearly indicated on the delivery note attached to the parcel. Had to waita further 3 days to pick up parcel from the post office. I know this was not Clearly Contacts fault, however it remains most inconvienent. Philip B"

"This was my second order with ClearlyContacts.com.au. In my first order I ordered six pairs of distance multifocal contact lenses, along with 30 pairs of daily contact lenses. The dailies were fine, but the prescription was not made correctly for the multifocals. I was getting double/blurred vision while wearing them, which was an impediment to my driving.

After checking to confirm I had ordered the correct lenses, identical to a pair I already had at home (same brand, same prescription), I called Customer Service and explained my problem. I was asked to try another pair and confirm by email that I had ordered the right prescription, which I did, as well as providing photo evidence. I was then told that they would get back to me as to what I could do about it.

Almost a week later I had still heard nothing, so I rang a second time and explained the entire situation again. In the end I was told that I would be given store credit (not a refund) for 2 defective pairs (out of 6, because I had only tried 2 pairs) and if I wanted any more help I would need to provide a current prescription (meaning I would need to go to an optometrist for a consultation, which I can't do right now, the reason I was ordering online in the first place).

I can't afford to buy another 6 months' supply of contact lenses and can't use the ones I have been sent.

My dissatisfaction arises from the fact that I have compared the new lenses to an old pair I had of the same brand and prescription, and the new ones are obviously not the same.

Because I was given store credit, all I could do was use it to purchase a pair of weak glasses to wear with the new contacts that make up for the difference in the prescription. This is very inconvenient.

I probably will not be buying again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

"I was a bit nervous as my perscription was a bit different to what was required. I ordered two pairs of the same style and one pair, the nose pads were too close and sat too high. Luckily I could match it to the second pair. Overall, very satisfied. "
