Terrible Customer Service

"Purchased Oil Filter and Oil, called service department multiple time, each time forwarded to "Full" message box. When finally receptionist picked up (only 1 one time out of 4 attempts, put me on hold then line was transfered to "Full" message box. This is rediculous, I only wanted to check the status of the order for it to be picked up at the serice center. Still have no information whether it is available or not."

"Extremely rude staff. Was cursed at by manager of parts department when calling for help. Extremely long hold times and incompetent staff. Called in to dealership to complain about experience and they told me too bad and didn’t help "

Poor customer service response

"I placed an order for two struts on Black Friday, after three days, I didn’t receive any email from them to to be to track my package, I didn’t even know whether my package is shipped or not, therefore, I sent them emails and called them ten times but no one responded, someone used to answer my call and used to keep me on hold without even listening to my enquiry, eventually one of the sales representative answered
my call and he was extremely careless to even answer my question about the package, he took my number and promised me to call me back but he didn’t, I really don’t know what to do with their poor service
