"We purchased a Scorpio case item 3 cc868w on june 20 04. The undamaged box arrived june 25. Upon opening the box we found the proper case with the front cover hanging on by 1 screw, 3 of the 4 snap-in pins were broken off.(none of the broken parts or screws were in the packaging. Upon further examination we saw screw marks where 2 drives and the MB standoffs had been installed and removed, all 7 of the PCI card access cover werew also punched out. I have called Ken 3 times as of july 1 and we still do not have a replacement case as promised nor any notification of shipment. This is the last purchase I will make from this company and believe me I am telling everybody about this lousy service. I will call the credit card co. tomorrow and dispute the charge. They tried to sell a broken used case as new. Very disreputable act."
"I baught a wavemaster for 151 dollars at circotech. Later that day they have sent me an email telling me the case has been shipped and I would recieve it in 3 days. When I recieved the case there was no damage done to the case. Everything inside was nice and neat. The case was also nice looking and a good price. I really recommend buying from circotech."

"Ordered an external scsi case fitted with 68 pin internal connectors and a 3 ft external scsi cable. They were more expensive but was willing to pay extra to have it all done right. Case arrived but no external cable. When I called Ken was polite but kept questioning the fact the cable wasn't in the shipment which made me feel uncomfortable. He also wouldn't ship replacement cable to me overnight. Claimed it would be too expensive. They also charged my card before shipping. Ended up getting refund to credit card and bought cable from someone else for ten bucks cheaper (including shipping). Not a terrible experience but I would never order from them again. "

"This is my first 'review' here of Circotech, but actually my third order from them. So you can already see I'm a repeat customer.
First 2 orders (about last December...don't remember exactly...and this February) were both for CS-317 series cases. One for the wife, one for a family friend. Both nicely set up for the price w/ the 350w PS upgrade, included light, extra fan, etc.
This order was for 3 cases total (I'm a computer-buildin' fool ) ...another CS-317, a CS-305, and a Jupiter case, all with some extra knobs and whistles.
They saw I put a 'hey, was happy with the last 2 glad to do business with you again' comment on the order and made it a point to personally email me in response to say thank you, and that they were in process of doing all power supply checks etc. and gave me an anticipated ship date of the next day and delivery date of Monday 21 April.
Well they were wrong. Arrived today, 19 April. Everything exactly as ordered, well-packed, no damage, not the slightest sign of scratching or anything on the cases. How these guys can swap out LEDs, PSs, fans, etc. and not even leave *fingerprints* is beyond me.
Will very happily order from them again...that is if the wife lets me. She's a bit peeved I've been spending so much spare time building 'puters and not working around the house. :-)"
"I ordered a floppy drive with a BLUE LED light mod. The product took a little longer to mod then i would have like (about 2 days) but once it shipped I was even able to change my shipping address mid-shipment and it came on time. The LED is Bright and I am very satisfied. They website is a tad difficult to navigate however."

got a phone call from circotech. returned the call from work since i wasnt at home to get the call. they were calling to confirm that i wanted a 24pin extension power cord since they normally are not ordered. i told him the model number of my motherboard and he confirmed that i needed a 20pin extension power cord. they proceeded to process my order and gave me a estimated delivery date of next week.
so far for a very low reviewed site, the little things make the biggest difference to the customer.
i just wanted to give an initial review and to give kudo's to KEN at circotech for the follow up phone call to ensure that the whole order and final receipt of goods met up to what is a great first impression of circotech.

ups finally delivered the new case after a few problems and still got it here 1 day early. from what i was told the actual shipping label on the box was incorrect and i even saw the package goto salt lake and put on a truck be delivered even though the correct destination was 2 states away.
anyway, external box was crush free. internal parts all accounted for and free of defects. ordered a 20pin power extension, but it was not needed since the enermax power cord length was more than enough. just be careful and order 3x92 fans and floppy/ide/scsi cables that are extra long to reach the other sides.

I called Circo and they were extremely helpful. They called Thermaltake and got a new front panel shipped out that week. This is a very good company."
