"I first placed my order on October 3, 2008 and was sent an email to send a copy of my drivers license by fax to them. Since I don't have a fax machine, I had to go to UPS to fax the requested information. The only thing that they got was a recording that I am calling from outside the calling area. I tried another business and they too got the same recording, I then sent a copy of my drivers license by USPS as it was impossible to reach them by phone. Their email operations was turned off as they calimed that they had an overflow of work. When I finally got through on the telephone on the 15th of October, the woman told me that they never received my drivers license by USPS and gave me her private email address so I could submitt it right away. At the same time, I requested for a change to my order. After waiting for a week, I wrote another email requesting why I haven't had an update on the website on my order and what was the status? I was told that my account was debited on October 20, 2008 and my order would be released for shipment on the 23rd of October and I should receive it within 3-5 business days. When I didn't receive my order as promised, I emailed this company and since they didn't debit my account as yet, I requested that they cancel my order. This was done on October 30, 2008. On November 1, 2008, I received an email from an unmonitored email informing me that my order has been shipped. I received my order on November 3, 2008. When i opened the Priority Mail Box, I found a brand of Cigarettes that is not featured on their website with a form letter saying that they have discontinued carrying certain brands (not necessarily the one I ordered) and that they were substituting my order with a brand called Berkley. There was no Berkley in the box. I received a brand call Sandia. I was not informed that they were substituting my order and further, since they had not debited my account before shipping they had every opportunity to honor my request to cancel my order. I have since requested my bank to place a stop payment on this transaction."

Ordered online 6/22. My e-check (not accept CC)cleared 5/24. Didn't ship until 5/29. Received OK on 6/2.
