There were many broken links, and when I tried to just go "back" in my browser (I tried Firefox, IE and Chrome), I got error messages that I didn't have the proper credentials to view the page! I called the company and they knew nothing about it and seemed disinterested in helping me, but said that they'd forward my complaint to the webmaster.

I tried again a few days later and was able to order my tree skirt, which was just as pictured, a great value and came in just a few days."
