"I ordered a 24” starburst but had no idea the branches came in 4 different colors. The pictures did not accurately depict the colors. The website could be organized so all colors of branches are listed and you select the color desired. There are 3 colors of lights. They should be listed so you could select the light color desired. I ordered one 24” that came in with gold branches. It was perfect for my daughter’s wedding so I ordered 6 more. But they came with white branches. I called to exchange them for the gold branches and was told Christmas Lights, etc do not do exchanges. I was told the only thing I could do was return them, pay for shipping and the restocking fee then reorder them and they were no longer on sale. If the website had Been clearer, I would have ordered what I needed the first time! The person I spoke with was very rude and would not help me at all. Before I ever ordered anything, I called to see if I could return an item if it wasn’t what I needed. I was told - yes without any mention of a $10 restocking fee for an item the cost $37.99!"

There seems to be some confusion on our return policy, which we will address through training our representatives. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in good condition. We do however deduct a $10 for the return shipping label, to clarify it is not $10 each item plus a restocking fee. ”
