"I have received some items from Choxi (and Nomorerack) that i have liked but, I've had issues with the quality of other items. Some of the clothes are not made of the material as described, some items that arrived don't work, and some items just don't arrive at all.
I returned an item that did not work and received credit. I used the credit to order sunglasses and they were shipped to Brooklyn (I'm in AZ). Again I received credit. I used the credit to order a cat toy which didn't work so I returned it. Again I received credit and ordered an item that after 5-6 weeks never shipped so I canceled. Again I received credit and used it to purchase a denim dress. I received a tie-dyed dress instead. Enough!
Not only was it tricky to use the credit I received (apparently some items can't be purchased with store credit) but when I received an item that was not as described - that was the last straw. No more Choxi for me.
Choxi asked for a review of the final item and expressed my dissatisfaction and I have never heard from them regarding this."
"I ordered items a month ago. Received one of three. The others have not been shipped. I know the usual wait time because I have purchased from Choxi before even when they were NoMoreRack. My disappointment comes from the fact that if I cancel my order, I do not get my money back - just a store credit. The last item I ordered was a comforter/sham set (it was advertised this way) and only got the comforter. They argued with me that a set could be one item only. I also ordered a thumb drive that lasted two weeks before it became unusable. I found out it had been formatted in a rarely used format. Needless to say, I have not had success with Choxi. This is the ONLY online retailer that I have issues with. Buyer beware."

"I ordered a pair of slip ons that are so comfortable. Also ordered a steam mop and at first was dissatisfied with it. A Choxi rep emailed me and asked about it, and I really do like it now that I am more comfortable using it, The delivery was quick and I am very satisfied overall.
