"This is the absolute worst computer store that I have ever had the misfortune to shop from.
• Originally it took four hours of constant calling and leaving messages to finally have someone answer the phone.
• Than I was told that the parts would arrive at the store for pickup later that night. Just to be on the safe side I tried calling to make sure that the parts would actually be there, but then I got the familiar answering machine message. So, reluctantly I went to the store, and he did not have my parts.
• He told me the next day it would be in for sure, and again I was on the phone from 11:00 am until 4:30 trying to get someone on the phone so I could make sure the parts I wanted had arrived, but again nobody answered. So after work I went to pickup my parts and yet again, no parts. At this point I was told that he would drop them off for me the next day, as I do not have a vehicle, and constantly having to go to the store to talk to someone is quite a trip.
• The next day he did not show up or call with any kind of reason for not being able to drop off the parts that I had paid for.
• The next day, started calling at 11:00 am until 2:00 pm, no answer. So I went to his store at 3:00 and the door was locked, right in the middle of the day.
At this point he has STOLEN a large amount of money from me and not given me any parts. I strongly recommend that everyone stay far, far away from this store if you value your sanity. The $10 – $20 that you save is not worth the headache of dealing with these guys. They lie about the parts they have, and when they can get them.
I am taking this store to the Ministry of consumer relations, and the Better Business Bureau.
DON'T SHOP FROM THIS STORE!!! IT'S THE WORST DECISION YOU'LL EVER MAKE!!!"
"I'm very unsatisfied with this merchant. The website offers no type of online ordering form, so you have to do it through e-mails or calls. They never reply to e-mails, so I was charged with big long distance fees due to their unprofessional service. They gave me many wrong/fake tracking numbers and the order was never shipped until about 2 weeks after I ordered after I threatend to file fraud on them. Stay away from these guys, or face losing your money."
